Filling or Crown?

A limited defect is often well suited to a filling, while a tooth with a large fracture, weakened cusps, or a failing large restoration may need the broader protection of a crown. That distinction cannot be made from symptoms alone; Dr. Jeziorski uses the exam, intraoral camera images, and X-rays to judge how much sound structure remains. With same-day ceramic restorations, many crowns can be designed, made, and placed in a single visit.

Acacia Dental uses digital X-rays, cone beam CT, intraoral cameras, a 3Shape digital scanner, the Isolite system for a drier and more comfortable working field, laser dentistry for selected soft-tissue procedures, and same-day ceramic restorations. These tools support accurate diagnosis and fewer visits, but the plan is always explained in plain language before anything begins.
Comfort matters just as much. Our treatment rooms have TVs with streaming, pillows, blankets, beverages, and Wi-Fi, and we offer sedation dentistry, including laughing gas, oral sedation, and IV sedation, for patients who need additional help relaxing.
