Dr. Aaron Jeziorski, Dr. Myha Nguyen, Dr. Katherine Seibert, and our team provide gentle care for patients of all ages in a relaxed Tempe office — with patience, respect, and no judgment.
Founder & Dentist
Dr. Aaron Jeziorski is an Arizona native and the founder of Phoenix Dental Partners — a growing network of independent private practices across the Phoenix Metro. His vision is straightforward: bring established, community-rooted dental offices together under a shared standard of care, while keeping every practice free from private equity, outside investors, and corporate influence. As the network continues to grow, one principle stays constant — clinical decisions are made by doctors, for patients, with no shareholders to answer to.
Passionate about giving back, Dr. Jeziorski serves as an endowment founder at the Brighterway Dental Clinic for the Homeless in downtown Phoenix. He regularly attends seminars and conferences to stay at the forefront of dental innovation — and is known for giving his personal cell phone number to patients so they always have access to the care they need.
Dr. Jeziorski leads a clinical team that values your oral health over your wallet. His doctors share his vision: exceptional dentistry, five-star service, and zero corporate pressure.
Originally from Ventura, California, Dr. Nguyen studied Physiology at UCLA before earning both a master's degree and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. She is passionate about helping patients have a positive, comfortable dental experience.
Dr. Myha lives in Phoenix with her husband — enjoying reading, Pilates, and exploring the Valley's food and drink scene outside the office.
With over 30 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Katherine Seibert, affectionately known as Dr. Kathie, brings a passion for comprehensive, patient-centered care to Acacia Dental.
Her dental career began in 1995, working her way from the front desk to dental assistant, dental hygienist, and ultimately dentist. A graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, she proudly served as a dentist in the U.S. Army before owning and operating two dental practices in rural Washington State.
Dr. Kathie provides a full range of dental services, from preventive cleanings and restorative care to dental implants. She believes in practical, high-quality dentistry, building lasting relationships, and treating every patient like family.
Now living in the East Valley with her husband, Mike, and their two dogs, Tilly and Titus, Dr. Kathie enjoys gardening, running, and hiking Arizona's beautiful trails. Her son, Geored, has also followed in her dental footsteps as a hygienist in Washington State.
Dr. Kathie is excited to bring her experience and community-focused approach to the patients of Acacia Dental.
