Affordable Dental Care

Part of serving Tempe and the surrounding Phoenix community means providing affordable dental care to our patients. Cost concerns should never keep you from having a healthy mouth and smile. We offer affordable fees, accept dental insurance and third-party financing, and have in-house plans to help you save big on your care. We also never begin treatment without going over your expected out-of-pocket costs. Not sure what is best for your needs and budget? Dental Insurance

Acacia Dental is happy to accept dental insurance. In fact, our team is well-versed in the nuances of insurance, so we'll file and track your claims for you, in addition to verifying your benefits to give you an accurate estimate of your treatment cost. Please bring your insurance card or information to each appointment so we can make sure your patient file is up-to-date.

In-House Dental Loyalty Plans

Not everyone has dental insurance, or if they do, it might not be enough to let them get the care they truly need. That's why we offer three different in-house dental loyalty plans. For an annual enrollment fee, plan members receive a number of routine maintenance treatments at no additional cost plus 20% off regular fees. There are no deductibles, annual maximums, exclusions, waiting periods, or middle men - just savings on high-quality care.

Rules to Floss By

Plan lasts for 1 year from enrollment date and needs to be renewed every 12 months. Unused benefits do not carry over.

Plan is only valid at Acacia Dental.

In-house plan is not insurance but a discount through Acacia Dental.

Plan discounts cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts.

Annual fees are nonrefundable.

Annual fees and plan costs are subject to change without notice.

Members using third-party financing will incur a 10% increase in fees.

Member will be charged $100/hr for missed appointments or "no shows."

Member will be dropped from their plan without a refund for frequent cancellations, reschedules, or "no shows."

Third-Party Financing

Out-of-pocket expenses can catch you off-guard, but they shouldn't stop you from getting the quality dental care you need and deserve. Our practice is happy to accept third-party financing through CareCredit^® and Proceed. This option works like a credit card for your healthcare expenses. Acacia Dental believes your family's dental experience should be as warm and inviting as possible so that you will keep coming back for regular visits. Our general dentistry services are designed to meet and exceed the needs of patients of all ages.

We're open from 6am to 6pm Monday through Thursday, and we open at 7am on Friday and Saturday. That means you can fit in your exam, cleaning, or other treatment before your work or school day starts or after. Whatever works best for you!
